Company Policy

Estimates & Consultations

  • All initial estimates are free of charge and include a site visit and written proposal.

  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued, unless otherwise stated.

  • Design consultations or renderings may include a fee depending on project scope.

Scheduling & Project Timelines

  • Projects are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis upon acceptance of a signed contract and deposit.

  • We provide an estimated timeline for completion, but delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions may affect scheduling.

  • We will keep clients informed of any significant changes or delays.

Payments & Deposits

  • A deposit of 30–50% (depending on the project) is required to secure your start date and order materials.

  • The remaining balance is typically due upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • We accept payment via cash, check, Zelle, or bank transfer. Credit card payments may incur a processing fee.

Site Access & Clean-Up

  • Clients must provide clear access to the worksite prior to and during installation.

  • We maintain a clean, organized job site and perform a full cleanup at the end of the project.

  • Any additional cleanup or debris removal beyond the project scope may incur an extra fee.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any deposit, minus any non-refundable design or material costs.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We understand unexpected issues arise—please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule.

Privacy & Client Info

  • All client information is kept confidential and is used only for the purpose of providing services, quotes, and communication.

  • We do not share or sell client information to third parties.
